The Steuer Revue|Revue Fiscale is a monthly publication for Swiss tax professionals covering articles in the countries’ two main languages: German and French. For more than 20 years, senior tax partner Markus Frank Huber has been a contributing editor of the publication focusing primarily on international tax issues. Markus has more than 35 years of experience in international fiscal law, having joined MLL as partner after having amongst other tasks headed Ernst & Young’s Swiss international tax services group for 15 years and for the last 6 years being responsible for Quality of the International Tax Services line on a global basis.
In the last editions of the Steuer Revue|Revue Fiscale, Markus Frank Huber presents thought leadership articles that discuss latest developments in the tax law landscape such as the OECD’s report on the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting project (“BEPS”) and treaty developments. The other very topical article addresses Swiss tax issues arising in the context of initial token respectively coin offerings (ICOs).
